Meet Grizz, ask questions, and follow what’s growing.
Two ways to come closer.
Which feels more like you? Follow the journey from home or step into the experiences we’re creating together.
Love watching things grow?
You enjoy following the gardens, learning, and relationships as they grow. Stay connected through updates, workshop recordings, and resources you can explore at your own pace.
Ready to go deeper?
You feel called to learn with us, meet the people behind the vision, and join conversations, workshops, and gatherings in Kentucky or the Amazon as opportunities take shape.
Our Facebook community has grown to more than 150,000 members. Since 2019, we’ve been building a 30 acre Farmstead with friends, welcoming Indigenous teachers in Kentucky, and visiting our friends in the Amazon several times a year. Behind every post, resource, and conversation are people, time, and technology. Members help sustain that work, grow teaching resources, and bring invited teachers into the Circle.
Come closer to the plants.
Come closer to each other.
For decades, I’ve been raising animals and growing food. This next chapter in Kentucky builds on that lived experience, bringing medicinal plants, shared learning, meals, and time on the land together. We’re creating more ways for our community to meet the plants, learn with invited Indigenous teachers, and spend time together when our Amazon friends visit.
A connection that starts with curiosity can grow into something you feel…closer to nature, to yourself, and to one another.

Members Circle Day · 1,000 members. One celebration.
A weekend with family, food, and music. Some of us gathering in person; others tuning in live from wherever they call home.
A celebration of the friendships, experiences, and connections we’ve grown…and everything still ahead. Details will be shared as plans take shape.
Visits, stays, and future gatherings will be introduced as they become ready, with dates and arrangements shared in advance.

Come for the plants.
Stay for the people.
I’m building a bridge between Kentucky and the Amazon for people longing to feel more connected…to nature, to themselves, and to one another. A bridge to learn about medicinal plants, connnect with our community, share a meal, and travel as a family! Come curious. Find your people. Let connection grow into community.
Meet us for the monthly call.
Our monthly Zoom calls bring us together with expert teachers. We’ll begin with a live conversation with an Indigenous chief from the Amazon, including a teaching on tobacco and other medicinal plants from the forest. Replays make it easy to return to the learning.

Learn through sacred practice.
Members only invitations to sacred plant rituals in January, a cacao gathering in February, then a March workshop on ancient prayers and traditional dietary practices with tobacco and marigold.

A two week journey with our Amazon family.
A special invitation to travel with us, spend time with our Chief and family, and experience the people, teachings, and places that make this relationship so meaningful.

Create with the plants.
Gather to create a medicinal plant altar and design a mandala with leaves, flowers, seeds, and the plants that have become part of our shared story.

Meet the plants on the land.
Unique medicinal plant workshops, time together outdoors, and guided meditation with the horses…a chance to slow down, listen, and connect in a different way.

These are the invitations we’re shaping together. Dates, hosts, format, availability, and any separate event costs will be shared as arrangements are confirmed.
Three ways to come closer.
From private learning at home to live conversations and invitations to gather, choose the level that brings you closer to the plants, teachers, and people behind this work.
The community stays free. Members help keep it growing.

Some people spend their lives searching for extraordinary places. Others feel called to help create them.

Extraordinary Journeys. Authentic Connections. Life-Changing Experiences.
I create intimate, deeply meaningful experiences that bring people into nature, sacred plant traditions, and relationships with Indigenous communities in the Amazon.
I’ve spent years building friendships with Txana Masha, his family, and the wider Indigenous community in the Amazon. Those friendships changed what I wanted to create: a lasting bridge between Kentucky and the Amazon, where people can learn with medicinal plants, share meaningful experiences, and grow in connection.
I’m opening that bridge to people who want to be part of something that keeps growing…through friendship, learning, and care that can reach future generations.
If that vision speaks to you, I’d love to connect.
…Grizz
Meet the people behind the teachings.
For a small group of ten, I’ll guide you personally through a journey shaped by the friendships I’ve built with Txana Masha, his family, and the wider Indigenous community. With a translator alongside us, there’s room for close conversations, shared meals, and learning about medicinal plants where they grow. Each experience follows the welcome and guidance of our hosts.
Like mycelium beneath the forest floor, these friendships form a living network…sharing knowledge, care, and opportunity across distance. Each visit strengthens the bridge between our communities.
The journey is part of the experience.
A two week journey unfolds over an eight…hour drive through Brazil and two days by boat. Food stops, hotels, pauses along the river, and overnight stays with families each add a chapter to the experience.
Every step brings you closer to the people, place, and plant knowledge at the heart of the journey.
A rare chance to travel as a guest, learn through real relationships, and bring that connection home with you.
These friendships flow both ways. In Kentucky, we’re creating more opportunities to welcome our Indigenous friends and teachers and keep learning from one another.
